Prospective customers or recruits either input their email addresses into a signup form on a website or send a blank email to a trigger address. They are then entered into a database and receive your emails at the intervals you specify when you set up the responder.

This is an extremely powerful marketing techinque as it allows you to send repeated messages to people who have positively displayed their interest in whatever you’re promoting.

Numerous studies have shown that the majority of consumers will not buy, or signup to something, at the first exposure. Prospects typically need to have somewhere between 5 and 12 exposures to the product or service before they feel comfortable enough to commit. However, when you look at it closely, it is a full page advert for the autoresponder provider isn’t it? A full page advert which you have provided for them.

As an absolute minimum, if you can’t be bothered to spend a few minutes to generate your own custom Thank you page, redirect your new signup to one of the other pages on your website, or to the home page of one of your other sites if you have more than one. However, it’s much better to take the time and produce your own full page advert. Some of the items you might want to consider including are listed below:

1. A polite thank you (mandatory).
2. A brief statement that you only send emails with permission, that they may unsubscribe at any time and that you will never pass their contact details to a third party (also mandatory).
3. A link to another website that you own or promote.
4. An advert for another opportunity that you are involved in.
5. A “Tell A Friend” form or link.
6. Adverts from Google Adsense or some other source.

Items 1 & 2 are only common courtesy. Items 3 - 6 could give your performance a real boost. Remember, this is a page that your viewer will automatically click away from. They are “ready-to-click” so at least give them the option of making a click that will benefit you rather than just clicking on their “favourites” or home page buttons. Not all of them will click - but some of them will and you need every advantage you can get!

It’s one thing to come up with an info product that people

be cringing at the thought of tackling your own products but
I can tell you that it’s painless and fun, at least doing it
my way. After all, isn’t this why you wanted to create your

what you want to do.

So what is this magic formula you ask? Well, I’m going to
tell you.

Okay, it’s not that magical but there is power in that
formula. Let me explain. If I had to take a guess, I think
most people think of an info product being an e-book. The
problem I have with e-books is that I’m not a great typist.
Because I’m not a great typist, I don’t want to spend months
on creating a product. So what do you do? Well, I can talk
faster than I type so maybe an audio product will be faster.
You can knock out an audio product in a weekend versus weeks
with an e-book. Here is a quick overview of the formula.

1. Do an outline of the product you want to create. I call
this the memory jogger technique. Write down the topics you
want to talk about and within those topics write a sentence
or two that will jog your memory as you are talking. I used
this technique with my product audioproductsmadeeasy.com and
it works great especially when you know the information.

2. Record and listen to yourself before you do the actual
recording. People hate to hear themselves on audio and I’m
no exception. My suggestion to you is to practice recording
your voice. You want to be upbeat and excited. Try to stay
away from the Uh’s and Umm’s in your speaking. Don’t talk to
fast but also don’t talk like you’re half asleep either.
There are some great books on amazon.com about speaking if
you want to get more info on this. The bottom line is that
this will take some practice to get in your speaking groove.
I’m still trying to get in my groove.

3. Record in small chunks not long talking marathons. This
is a good idea for a couple of reasons. One, it’s best to
record in small increments because these files take up a lot
of space on your hard drive especially when you are
recording in wav format. Record for about five minutes and
then take it off your hard drive and put it on a CD-RW disc.
Of course this isn’t written in stone. Use your own judgment
when it comes to how much space you have on your hard drive
and how much you want your audio to take up. Two, when
burning your finished audio CD you don’t want one long
track. I like to put about 11-14 tracks on a CD. It’s easier
to locate what you want on a CD.

4. Once the recordings are done, get someone to transcribe
the audios for you. While they are getting transcribed, get
your website up and running and your marketing plan ready to
go.

5. One way to spice up your audio product is to do an
interview of someone else or have someone interview you.
This is usually always better then just talking for a couple
of hours. It just seems more interesting when you’re
listening to an interview doesn’t it.

There are a couple of routes that you can go with your audio
product.

1. Just create an e-book. Have your audios transcribed into
an e-book and don’t even bother using the audios. Remember,
it’s a lot quicker to talk then it is to type.

2. Have an audio course and use the transcripts as a bonus.

3. Have an e-book and use the audios as a bonus.

Either way, 2 and 3 have a higher perceived value as if you
sold them separately. Here is a little trick to really add
to the price of your product. Advertise it as a system or
course and deliver the product as a physical product instead
of a downloadable one. Physical products have more perceived
value then downloadable products.

Well, I rattled on long enough. I hope you really consider
using audio as part of your info-product creation arsenal
because I truly believe it is one of the fastest ways to
create products especially when you are a do-it-yourselfer.

Properly used, UV phototherapy has no proven side effects. Of course, over exposure can cause sun burn, and sun burn is a proven contributing factor related to skin cancers. There is no clinical evidence to suggest that modern narrow band phototherapy has or does cause skin cancer. A person predisposed to skin cancers by family history, fair skin or other skin conditions should take appropriate precautions while under taking phototherapy, such as covering moles and other skin blemishes and covering their good or clean skin with appropriate sun block or physical blocks such as towels or clothing.

However, the evidence still suggests that phototherapy is significantly safer than uncontrolled over exposure to natural sun light and this can easily be proven here. Sunlight is comprised of many types of light and energy, both visiable and invisable. In the ultra violet spetrum, there are 3 main types of light; UVA (denoted by yellow,) UVB (denoted by green) and UVC (denoted by purple.) The graph below show the break down of natural UV light, narrow band UVB is denoted by Orange. Think of narrow band UVB as about 1-2% of the UVB spectrum, compared to full sunlight.

UVA light, is found in tanning salons and has the most damaging effect on skin. PUVA treatment for Psoriasis requires additional drugs to force psoriasis to respond to UVA light in the same way as UVB light. Psoralen drugs cause hyper-sensitivity to ALL forms of UV light and visible light meaning your skin will very easily burn in normal sunlight and eyes are extremely sensitive to any form of light. UVB light, is the medically beneficial component of sunlight, however over exposure still carries some risks. UVB light (and particularly the narrow band) is the proven component of sunlight that has positive effects on psoriasis, acne, dermatitis and other skin conditions without the need for accompanying drugs. UVC light, is extremely dangerous but fortunately filtered by the Earth’s atmosphere and does not reach ground level. If it did, there would be no life on Earth.

PUVA treatment typically involves drugs that cause hypersensitivity to all light, not just UVA light. The entire UVA spectrum is also typically used for this type of treatment. Many more times UV radiation than Narrow Band UVB.

When considering any general psoriasis treatment, it is important to also evaluate the following;

• Known side effects of the treatment

• Duration treatment has been available

• Proven track record of the available treatment

• Duration treatment is required

• Impact treatment has on daily life

• Does the treatment best suit your situation

When considering a drug or biological treatment compared with phototherapy, the following facts should be considered;

• Phototherapy provides long term clearing, effective for 90-95% of patients

• Widely used for over 40 years

• Non invasive and can be self administered

• Costs are often covered by health insurance

• Little or no ongoing costs, effectively cheaper than years of drug use

Vitiligo (often called as leucoderma) is a disorder where the skin loses its color in patches of irregular shapes and sizes. This is a pigmentation disorder which means that melanocytes (the pigment-producing cells) in the skin get destroyed. This results in the development of white patches on the skin. The hairs which are growing in that area may lose their color and turn grey.

The causes:

The cause for vitiligo is not very clear, but doctors and researchers are beginning to believe that vitiligo resembles an autoimmune disorder. Which means that the pigment (the matter that gives colour to our skin) producing cells of the skin are destroyed by the body’s own antibodies (defense cells).
