Have you contemplated how a computing revolution has utterly changed hospitality and air travel as we all knew them in the recent years? Behind all of this is Nicholas Bredimus. He has worked on projects ranging from creating time-saving software programs to enhancing air safety and even designs for luxury homes. Whatever he settles on, you can bet he will bring every last bit of his passion to it. His heritage reveals everything you might need to know about his abilities and how much he has done. The clan traces its antecedents as far back as the era of Rome’s glory and can boast of a diverse background. The maternal family mingles German and Scottish stock. An equally wide mix dominates the paternal branch; before their emigration in the late 1800s, the family dwelt in England and Luxembourg.
Even after arrival in America, they continued their immaculate work ethic and determination to reach the top. Growing up part of a family of seven siblings — four girls and three boys — Nicholas was blessed with a father working as a mechanical design engineer, and a mother who worked as a practicing nurse. He would come to live in Arizona, Texas, Kansas City and a city called Reston in Virginia.
After completing his education, he would sign up for quite a few high powered jobs at some of the most illustrious and largest airline companies. Mr Bredimus rose to the position of vp with airlines like Trans World Airlines (TWA), Republic Airlines, and Hughes Airwest respectively. An inspired programmer, his creative work with airline computer programs is probably his trailblazing legacy. His creation of aircraft maintenance software, now commonplace in the entire airline business though initially coded for one specific company, led to what is even now his most used achievement. He would look next at making and recording reservations. For both air travel and hotels he developed software systems to take on the majority of the work that had been involved prior to this approach. He also produced QuikTix, an automated ticket sales network. While this is his strong suit, he regularly worked in areas not connected to software. Major titles with American Express and American Airlines were to come, and of course he established a company of his own seventeen years ago. These days he has withdrawn from Northwest Airlines and from coding, although he’s still making best use of his skills. But to address your question, his innovation can be on display in luxury class houses leveraging many of the cutting edge smart technologies currently available. All of which goes to show just how much laser targeted drive can actually accomplish…
If you’d like in-depth advice, we recommend you take a look at our marvelous source for Nicholas Bredimus clues!

Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co (KKR) was founded by Henry Kravis and his business partner George Roberts in the seventies with the help of the First Chicago Corporation. Moving beyond, in a drive to make their portfolio companies and acquisitions have less environmental impact, they have established an unusual project which has transformed the way businesses and environmental agencies function.
Green business procedures became major topic last year when Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co’s Henry Kravis and the non-profit Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) merged. Pivotal green matters like depletion of the ozone layer and extravagant consumption of water resources are an all-important part of their company mission. In order to attain these goals, they utilize eco-efficiency which involves concepts such as optimizing data centers for efficiency, improving fuel economy through vehicle fleet maintenance, and increasing the durability of products. Although the project was an enormous success, people just didn’t recognize how extensive the results truly were until Ken Mehlman, the head of the program and global public affairs, looked at the first year’s profits.
Ken Mehlman saw that eco-efficiency was not simply protecting the environment, but it was also saving firms a significant sum of money. Up to now, Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co and Ken Mehlman have succeeded in getting almost every business in their portfolio taking part in the project. If you consider that this group of companies has a value of virtually $100,000,000,000 dollars, you may see what a huge achievement this really is.
The Green Portfolio project now includes new initiatives. The Climate Corps Program established by the Environmental Defense Fund is an example of this, it advances eco-efficient principles to MBA interns.
Of Late, Ken Mehlman has worked closely with Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co to formulate a variety of analytical tools which a variety of businesses can use to measure and oversee assorted resources. Programs such as these let any business see how they are impacting on the environment and discover any practices that might need to improve. Henry Kravis, the KKC, and the Environmental Defense Fund have made cutting back their ecological impact less painful for businesses in every industry. These radical concepts have made cutting back their ecological impact simpler for business organizations in every sector and proved that running a profitable business need not entail the hefty price of negatively impacting our planet.

Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co (KKR) was set up by Henry Kravis and George Roberts in 1976 with the support of the First Chicago Corporation. However, in an uncommon effort to make their portfolio of companies greener, they have founded a groundbreaking green project which has fundamentally changed the method by which business concerns and environmental activists work together, in a big way. KKR’s Henry Kravis and the independent Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) got together a year ago, hoping to make environmentally friendly business operation an acknowledged concept. Issues like hazardous chemical use and disproportionate consumption of water resources are a priority in their company mission. Eco-efficiency (a phrase initially introduced by the WBCSD) is the method leveraged to achieve these aims, using techniques such as waste reduction, improving fuel economy through vehicle fleet maintenance and increasing the durability of products. Regardless of the fact that the program was an enormous success, no-one recognized how incredible the consequences really were until Ken Mehlman, the head of the Green Portfolio Project and global public affairs, examined the profits for the first year.
Factually outmatching all expectations, Ken realized that practicing eco-efficiency not only enhanced environmental responsibility, but was also increasing the profitability of all their companies besides. Almost all of the commercial organizations owned by Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co and Ken Mehlman now are involved in eco-efficiency. Considering that the group is worth 86 billion dollars, you can see what an enormous achievement this really is.
The initial Green Portfolio project has developed far beyond its primary purpose and at present includes new opportunities. The Climate Corps Program administrated by the EDF is one of these, it campaigns for cost-efficient, green procedures to MBA interns.
Furthermore, Ken Mehlman has been in close collaboration with KKR to produce a variety of metrics and analytic tools that firms can utilize to quantify and manage resources. Systems such as these can track an organization’s environmental impact and identify any underlying problems. The business community has been completely transformed by the work of these organizations. Their developments have simplified the procedure for business organizations in any sector and illustrated that making profits need not entail the hefty price of negatively impacting our planet.

You have likely encountered Mr. Naveen Jain as being the CEO and co-founder of Intelius, Inc. the renowned information commerce market leader. Well beyond having made the Forbes 400 Richest in America list in 2000, this enterprising business leader has received multiple prestigious awards, most notably the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Albert Einstein Technology Medal, and the WSA Industry Achievement Award. But it certainly doesn’t finish off here. This is because Naveen Jain and his relations are every bit as zealous about their beneficent efforts and will try to assist needy people whenever the opportunity arises.
There can be no doubting the fact that young generation are indeed our world’s number 1 resource and the single guarantee of our entire future. This enterprising man sees - and treats - them as the essential core of his philanthropy organizations, and he leverages each and every chance available to aid them. This is why he is assiduously exploiting every opening available to assist them wherever it is even remotely feasible. Thus Naveen Jain, his relations and his workers at Intelius, Inc. give their time and effort to charities such as the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, the University Preparatory Academy, and Child Rights and You (CRY). Obviously, they offer magnanimous monetary support, but more importantly they commit their time and attention to the most needy and endangered children. Naveen Jain also helps the Children’s Hospital, being intent on advancing children’s health too.
Seeing that Jain is a graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Technology, it’s not at all surprising that schooling constitutes a crucial hub in his humanitarian operations. This embraces campaigns and deserving causes that are local, state, and nationwide. In doing this, Intelius and its CEO are supporting deserving causes and humanitarian associations, for example United Way, the University of Washington and the Indian American Education Foundation.
Providing for the planet’s hungry is an additional significant challenge for Jain and his relatives and to him, it makes not a jot of difference. While Naveen is very conscious that the aim of feeding every starving mouth in the world can appear to be an overwhelming task, he also believes that the unachievable can actually turn out to be feasible if everyone toils together. If this entrepreneur really achieves his goals, there will be a definite cessation to privation and malnourishment on this planet at some point. People may easily be pardoned for imagining that functioning as the head of a wildly flourishing market leading company on top of being a dedicated family man would provide him with no resources for volunteering and support. However, Naveen Jain takes care to ensure that each of of his philanthropic endeavors is given all the aid he can plausibly give. Indeed this untiringly visionary businessman is positively much more than merely some ordinary business captain. He is actually an exceptional person and a true community advocate.

Like thousands of other people, you will have encountered Mr. Naveen Jain’s name as being the CEO & co-founder of Intelius, Inc. the predictive intelligence market leader. Well beyond having his ranking on the Forbes 400 Richest in America list in 2000, this enterprising business leader has received a variety of distinguished awards including the Albert Einstein Technology Medal, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the WSA Industry Achievement Award, to cite merely a small selection. Even so it surely does not finish off at that point. This is because Jain and his kin are equally as keen about their charitable deeds and will endeavor to lend a helping hand as regularly as they are able to. All our hopes for the years to come are held in our youth. They are also a main inspiration for this enterprising man and he tries to make the best of any occasion he comes across to help them. This, too, is why he is always assiduously taking advantage of every chance available to him to offer support if at all feasible. Consequently, Naveen Jain, his relations and his employees at Intelius, Inc. have committed to truly walk the talk: they give their their time and effort to charities such as the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, the Rotary Club, and the Vedic Cultural Center. As you would expect, they will give plenty of material assistance, but most importantly they sacrifice their time and attention to the most disadvantaged and endangered children. Mr. Jain also gives aid to the Children’s Hospital, being dedicated to elevating children’s health, as well. With Naveen Jain being a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and XLRI Jamshedpur, it’s not at all astonishing that education is also a crucial hub in his humanitarian activities. This embraces movements and aid organizations local, state, and nationwide. Thus, Intelius and its CEO are assisting aid agencies and charities like the University of Washington, the Children’s Hospital and Hopelink.
Feeding the world’s starving is yet another critical challenge to Jain and his relatives and to him, it makes not a jot of difference. Although Naveen is conscious that the mission of obtaining provisions for all the planet’s starving is an eminently colossal one, he is also cognizant that the unfeasible can indeed be accomplished when the whole world strives towards a unified end. If this entrepreneur really achieves his goals, there will be a decisive ending to poverty and malnourishment all over the world some day.
You might be of the opinion that as the head of a thriving market leading business in addition to being a committed spouse and father would provide him with no scope for volunteering and support. All the same, he makes certain that all of his humanitarian projects obtains as much assistance as he can realistically give. Indeed, this altruistic businessman is most definitely more than merely some ordinary business maverick. He is actually an exceptional person and an exceptional community hero.

It seems that the pop princess is back on form, Britney Spears has been shooting a new advert for perfume following her ultra successful leap into the world of womens fragrance. The new scent is called Mo, and it has a tagline which is slightly unusual because it is “one spray and the gays will run your way!” but all is not what it seems.
With this the video advert is in fact a new viral which has been designed to promote US based logo network NewNowNext awards show. Spears has been involved in a number of adverts similar to this over the last couple of years, to promote her successful perfume lines, ‘Curious’, ‘Believe’ and ‘Control’.
The inspiration for the team at logo was provided by these; and just in case you’re wondering about the name of the new fragrance Mo, according to the urban dictionary it’s a term of endearment used within the gay community in the United States.
The viral video was shot by logo on the set of Spears new video for ‘if you seek Amy’. They included additional footage from a documentary and various music videos.
As an official gay icon Britney went to great lengths to ensure that the punchline, which is the word Mo, it would not be seen as offensive in anyway. The Logo executive producer told MTV.com that she was “having fun with her gay audience”.
He believes that Britney is using this viral video as a way to talk directly to her gay fans, something which she hasn’t really been able to do before. He noted that she has a natural rapport with the gay community, and really enjoys her gay fans.
The NewNowNext award show will be opened with the viral video being shown as an imaginary message from the programme sponsor.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to Jane at a networking meeting a few of weeks
ago. Random chance placed we two somewhat introverted people at the table next
to each other, and for the first 5-10 minutes we didn’t speak to each other at
all. This of course defies traditional networking convention.
Within 30 seconds of sitting down shouldn’t I have introduced myself, given her
my sales pitch and business card? Am I losing a sale here, and should I just forget
about networking because I am not good at it?
In a word, “no”.
It turns out that after a while Jane and I finally did get to talking, I learned
that Jane is a fine artist, that’s what she does, but beyond that I learned she
has a background in computer graphics, 3d modeling and working with a very high
profile computer gaming company - all of which I find interesting. And this, rather
than focusing on how I can help her business and vice-versa was the topic of conversation
over the next 10 minutes. I learned about Jane as a person, an artist and a small
business owner, and not once during the conversation did she ever focus on what
she and her business could get out of talking with me. Jane focused on establishing
a personal connection rather than making a sale.
Congratulations Jane, you get it.
Well, after we talked Jane did ask me for my business card - that’s important!
She asked for the card. Do you see the value that has over me springing
the card on her and moving on to the next person? This is called Permission
Marketing, and it absolutely best way you can network your business. I in turn
asked for her business card, and at that point I was truly interested in learning
about her business and how I might be able to help her. But it wasn’t until we
both had made a small investment in the personal relationship first.
Jane even was kind enough to offer to email over a software program that she was
using to test drive - that’s huge value.
Again, Jane gets it.
So why and how did this networking connection work? You can come up with your own theories, I am convinced it worked because each person:
* Invested in the relationship first rather than what they can get
* Gained permission first to market their business
* Wanted to provide value for the other person
Since that meeting I’ve emailed Jane a couple of times, got her permission to send her our weekly email bulletin called the “Can-Do Confidence Builder”, and in turn I’ve looked at Jane’s web site and artwork - she’s fantastic, you can view her artwork at www.janebradleyart.com. If I meet people in the future that are looking for her type of artwork, I will be more than happy to send them to Jane - all because of a 10-minute conversation.
